Work With Me
This is structured, intensive, results-driven coaching. Not for everyone — but if you’re ready to stop circling and start changing, you’re in the right place.
My Story
For years, I pursued happiness the way most people do — through self-improvement books, personal development workshops, journaling, and reflection. I believed, as most of us are taught to believe, that happiness was something you gradually discovered over time.
But I kept noticing something troubling. The people who had been “working on themselves” the longest weren’t necessarily the happiest. In many cases, they were more stuck — more convinced that happiness was complicated, that change was slow, that they were somehow harder to fix than others.
“The longer someone tries to change without results, the more deeply they internalize the belief that change is impossible for them. That’s not self-development. That’s self-reinforcement of the very beliefs holding them back.”
This realization changed everything about how I approach this work. I stopped building programs around exploration and started building them around measurable transformation. I studied behavioral science, psychosomatic methods, and the neuroscience of habit formation. I developed a framework that treats happiness not as a destination — but as a skill set.
The result is Mental Habit — a coaching practice that’s intense by design, structured by necessity, and results-driven because your time is too valuable to spend on anything less.
My Story
These aren’t motivational phrases. They’re the convictions that shaped every part of how Mental Habit is designed — and the standard I hold myself and every client to.
It’s not about luck, circumstances, or personality. The patterns that govern how happy you feel are neural — and they can be retrained, just like any other skill. Once you understand this, everything changes.
Meaningful transformation doesn’t require years. It requires the right tools, consistent application, and qualified guidance. Intensity and depth are not opposites — the right intensity creates depth.
Psychosomatic work is central to everything I do because lasting emotional change can’t happen only in the head. The body carries our patterns — and the body is where they get released.
Every client I’ve worked with who felt stuck wasn’t lacking capability. They were putting real effort into an ineffective direction. Our job isn’t to fix you. It’s to point you the right way.
Vague intentions produce vague results. The reason Mental Habit works is that we give every client a clear, personalized roadmap — because when the path is visible, the walking becomes easier.
The Approach
Three integrated tools — used together, in sequence — to create lasting change across mind, body, and daily life.
Targeted practices that address emotional patterns at the body level — where they actually live. Not just mental reframing, but physical release and rewiring.
Custom daily routines built around your specific blocks and goals. Small, consistent actions that compound over 90 days into a fundamentally different baseline.
Weekly 1:1 sessions with clear milestones. No drifting, no vague exploration — every session moves you forward with purpose and measurable intention.
The discovery call is free, low-pressure, and honest. If Mental Habit isn’t the right fit for where you are, I’ll tell you that too.
